How to repair igniton lockout on coleman furnace?
I have a thermostat w/ 2 red wires & 2 white wires and a coleman furnace w/ a red white green & yellow wire.?
What wires should i connect 2gether? Someone wired my furnace and now my heat constantly runs unless i turn off the breaker and my air doesnt work. So far the green and white wire is tied 2gether w the white wire from the thermostat and red w the red and nothing tied to the yellow and the other white and red wires from the thermostat. I have a photo and can email for further info if what i wrote is not understandible.

The coils on my coleman furnace, freeze up after a hour use. I have already cleaned my coils?
Someone has told me the problem could be that the coils are stopped up on the inside. Someone else said I could need freon. I have had the unit for five years, and freon has never been added. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this. and could give me some advice. Thanks

My coleman furnace is coming on and going right back off?
I have an older coleman furnace w central air. It will run just fine for a while. once it gets to the " ideal" temp according to the thermostat, it'll kick on and off, sometimes it'll run for a few minutes, sometimes, it'll kick on and back off in less than a second. Sometimes its pretty annoying. My flters are clean, and i just changed the thermostat today thinking that might be the problem. Any ideas? it is the tpe of furnace that has the auto fan and the heat cool setting at the furnace. The thermostat is only for temp setting. Sometimes it seems like the box that house the heat cool and fan auto swithes kinda hums and clicks. The furnace does have a constant hum also, but its pretty quiet. It is a gas furnace if that matters. And help is greatly appreciated.im talking about for the AC......im not using the heat. its 90 degrees
