Helllo I'm building a house, I was originally going with geo- thermal but it's not gonna fit in the budget so now I'm trying to find the most efficient and best high efficient furnace/ ac on the market. What's the best brands and most efficient available thanks Nick

I am a contractor that builds new homes. I have had good luck with American Standard 90% efficiancy furnaces.
