Yes,2 " pvc with a 90 deg ell at end facing down at least 18 " above ground,if u cant get it 18 " above ground with a straight run u may have to put an ell where it exits foundation and go up to get the 18 ",refer to instructions for number of ells and length,1/ 4 " drop per foot towards furnace

Define high efficiency, MOST 90+ furnaces and boilers are designed to be vented with PVC pipe. LOOK at your INSTRUCTION MANUAL and see how it is recommended to be installed. there is a change in pipe size around 80K btu from 2 " to 3 " pipe depending on how far you are running your pipe. Follow the directions, or call a contractor to get the best advice, and to be CODE legal

It depends on the area. They can be vented out the wall, but our local codes state that the termination must be more than 15 feet from an opening window. This includes the neighbors house if they are that close together. Then the pvc is run up through a wall and out the roof. Check with your local building department first, cheaper than doing it twice.
