I have cast iron radiators in all my rooms and I just put a new furnace in.?
I live on the 2 floor. in all the rooms only two or three parts of the radiator is worm. please help,

I had a new boiler furnace installed last week. At the time I made the appointment for the installation and a down payment of $3600, I was informed that it would take 2 days and also included a chimney liner. They came one day, but did not return the next day as indicated by the appointment. I still do not have the chimney liner and the boiler has a leak in one of the pipes that needs attention. I have made numerous calls to the company, but the service manager never seems to be in nor does he return messages left on his voice mail. Really cold weather is coming and I'm a middle aged woman living alone. What should I do?

Had a repair guy look at it and they say there's corrosion in heat exchanger, the drain pipe is clogged up, they say can replace 3 wire pilot system but it will keep going bad and i will need a new furnace is this accurate or can i replace more of the parts and be ok, it's only 20 years old or so?the condensate drain for the furnace is clogged

My furnace is from 1986, it is heavily used all year round because in the winter for heat and the summer for the air conditioning, my heating bills are kind of high because where i live in New York the overnight loves go into the single digits so i leave the heat on while i'm sleeping even since i like to wake up to a warm room, but i turn it down to 62 when i go to work, same thing with the air conditioning except i turn it up a few degrees, i keep my heat at 68 and a c at 70 or 68, but the furnace is very old, it still works pretty good but it uses alot of fuel, i dont care really its just a little bit high
Large appliances not working -- harmful for new furnace?
i had posted yesterday see below regarding an electrical problem we are having in our house. our electric company came out and confirmed that there are no problems on their end. i guess they even " bumped" up the capacity of something. anyway, my concern is this. . .right now. . as we speak. . .a brand new gas furnace is being installed. the guys mentioned that an electrical problem actually could have caused the old oil furnace to overhead and die oh no an electritian should be here later today, but most likely AFTER the furnace is installed. is there a chance the electrical problem will jeopardize our new furnace???thanks everyone posted yesterday All of a sudden, nothing " big" works in our house. The washing machine will look like it is starting a wash, but then after the water runs for 3 seconds, everything flashes and beeps. The microwave clock is lit, but when you start to cook, it barely moves and the light is very weak. The stove lights up when you turn a burner on, but the burner never gets hot. We reset the circuit breaker several times, but nothing is back to normal. This is weird because the onset was very sudden, with nothing " new" having been added to the line up of household appliances. any thoughts?
Installed a new furnace fan and now my smoke detectors chirp when it starts up. What gives?
Over the past year, as my old furnace fan began to wear out, one of the smoke detectors upstairs would chirp whenever the a c started. Yesterday I replaced the furnace fan and this morning when it the a c started, all of the smoke detectors throughout the house chirped, some of them several times. Strangely, it did not happen every time the a c started.

Is my 22 year old Heil furnace worth repairing for $400 or should I buy a new furnace for 2200?
The inducer motor needs replaced. If I do it myself, it will cost 400 for the part. If I buy a new furnace it will be 2500, if i have a repairman do it it will be 700 dollars.
